Doesn’t it seems incredible that the quoted return to the Crown from mining the DOC land can be as low as 1% of the value of the resource?

To be cool you must have a face book pages with hundreds of friends, you must tweet, be linked in and have the technology to update on the run, right?

Imagine this scenario.
You are given an opportunity to learn to drive a Formula 1 race car around your local race track.
You are given extensive training starting out with slower cars and taught where to brake, how to get around the corners safely at high speed and then finally the big day arrives and the Ferrari F1 car arrives at the track.

Imagine working in a Hospice, an old folk’s home or even worse the oncology ward in a children’s hospital.
No matter how professional and remote you might try to be, the reality is that you would form relationships with your patients. A little smile here or there and shared experiences, both good and bad, would invariably see you genuinely care for the patient and maybe even build a little friendship.
